Job Description
The Inbound Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all critical, extraordinary, or priority transportation requests for manufacturing operations. This person provides direct operational support by managing urgent shipments—primarily by road and, when required, by air—while ensuring compliance with deadlines, customs requirements, and quality standards.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Coordinate and execute all urgent, critical, or extraordinary transportation requests for materials destined for manufacturing plants.
Manage end-to-end urgent road shipments, including carrier selection, creation of transport orders, and real‑time tracking.
Organize air shipments when needed (NFO—Next Flight Out, OBC if applicable, express cargo).
