How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Organizational Management Coordinator is responsible for
driving the consistent and efficient delivery of HR services by managing
critical SAP HR updates and related across Delta and its subsidiaries. This
role maintains records in SAP OM/PA, provides expertise in data administration,
troubleshoots, and escalates support. This role requires overseeing and
continuously improving processes related to record corrections, disability
updates, and requests from ServiceNow. This role will also lead audit reviews,
analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions through strong
collaboration with internal stakeholders, supporting organizational change and
process optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for
maintaining a high-speed internet connection and safe working environment in
the event this role is required to be performed remotely.
