Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the achievement of supplier productivity objectives by planning, organizing, motivating and coordinating the activities of the groups assigned to supplier operations
• Help build and validate specific aircraft Scope of Work, to ensure suppliers understand their obligations
• The role will be mostly based on the front line at the supplier facility managing and coordinating offload activities (>50% of the time)
• Help review billing charges for offload activities
• Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives and share best practices within the organization
• Manage customer aircraft technical issues with multifunctional teams to ensure issues are brought to resolution in a timely manner
