Job Description
What will you do? Conduct monthly/quarterly market surveys and/or mystery shops, analyze and store data, and provide report on campaigns; Analyze vacancy, traffic and leasing on a weekly/monthly basis and suggest recommendations, ensure branding and customer experience is consistent;
Coordinate and oversee all advertising listings, including content on websites, ensuring that pricing, incentives, and content are current; Maintain, coordinate, and execute the sales & leasing strategy for each building in the portfolio including Under Performing Asset Plans;
Performs regular site visits to ensure branding and communication is consistent across the portfolio;
