What you will do with us

As a Project Coordinator , based in Montreal , you will oversee the day-to-day projects assigned to you, providing advice and guidance as needed.

• You will manage customer orders using the Direct project management system.
• You will monitor the various stages of project management; drawings, approvals, deliveries, invoicing.
• You will ensure coordination and interface between our suppliers, the sales team, management and our customers.
• You will ensure that you are on the lookout for any situation that could hinder customer satisfaction and be proactive in managing and resolving problems.
• You will be a brand ambassador, building brand awareness while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will constantly ensure that our brand image is reflected.
