Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute brand PR programs that drive positive media coverage, strengthen public perception, and reinforce the company’s positioning as Indonesia’s leading home improvement retailer.
• Lead PR agency to strategize press releases, media pitches, and brand narratives in close coordination with the Senior Manager.
• Monitor the media landscape and competitor communications activity, surfacing risks and opportunities to the Senior Manager & Management on a timely basis.
• Handle inbound media inquiries on brand and product matters, ensuring responses are accurate, on-message, and appropriately cleared.
• Govern the communications dimension of KOL and content creator engagements - reviewing briefs, messaging, and disclosures for any activation that carries corporate or reputational exposure, in coordination with the Marketing team.
