Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join their team in North York. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with robust corporate law experience who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate documents including incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, and dissolutions
• Draft resolutions, manage share transactions, and maintain corporate records (minute books, registers)
• Support M&A; transactions, financings, and due diligence processes
• Maintain corporate records across a portfolio of entities
• Coordinate filings (annual returns, extra-provincial registrations) and track compliance deadlines
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions
