Key Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate documents including incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, and dissolutions.
• Draft resolutions, manage share transactions, and maintain corporate records (minute books, registers).
• Support M&A transactions, financings, and due diligence processes.
• Maintain corporate records across a portfolio of entities.
• Coordinate filings (annual returns, extra-provincial registrations) and track compliance deadlines.
