• Draft and review contracts and corporate documents (English and Russian)
• Support company setup, licensing and corporate changes across Mainland and Free Zones
• Run due diligence and counterparty checks
• Liaise with clients, free zone authorities and government bodies
• Keep corporate records clean and audit ready

• 1-3 years of legal experience (law firm or in house)
• Law degree
• Strong written English and Russian; Arabic is a plus
