Managing incoming correspondence and emails, prioritizing for review, drafting responses, or redirecting to appropriate team members. Assisting with the preparation and filing of corporate documents related to incorporations, amendments, annual returns, and other business filings. Coordinating travel, meeting schedules, and logistics for corporate transactions and closings. Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external meetings, including board and shareholder meetings.
