Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively engage with the different locations and suppliers through regular meetings, visits, field observations.
  • Mature the Supplier Quality processes, systems and functional lead the Supplier Quality engineering competence across the sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the top strategic suppliers.
  • Assess and approve new suppliers, ensuring they meet the Quality standards.
  • Set and roll-out supplier Quality agreements with suppliers.
  • Plan and perform supplier (process) audits, report action plans and follow-up and close countermeasures.
  • Identify and execute Quality improvement projects across the sites and functions
  • Monitor supplier performance, track key metrics and proactively initiate investigations or improvements towards suppliers.
  • Design & provide training/workshops/coaching sessions internally and externally.
