we are currently seeking an experienced Country Finance Manager Benelux to act as a senior strategic business partner to the Country Managing Director Benelux. In this role, you will have full end‑to‑end financial responsibility at country cluster (BeNeLux) level, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement to drive profitable growth, robust governance, and financial transparency across our operations in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Operating within a complex international matrix organization, you will represent Finance locally within the global CFO community, while ensuring full compliance with all statutory, fiduciary, and governance requirements. You will play an active role in advancing Hitachi Energy’s purpose of delivering a sustainable energy future for all, bringing together strong business acumen, mature leadership, and disciplined financial execution.
