- Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for ensuring existing sales in the Italian market and increasing their volume, as well as being responsible for acquiring new customers to drive revenue growth and strengthen market leadership. This position will also be responsible for expanding and leading the new sales team.
- Tasks and Responsibilities
**Manage customer(s)**:
- Clearly understand the specifics of existing customers.
- Resolve customer requests and needs within 1-3 days, depending on the complexity and urgency of the request.
- Clearly understand customer needs and guidelines regarding documentation and sampling.
- Receive and appropriately handle customer complaints regarding samples sent or otherwise.
- Work with the Spain team to provide the best service to customers.
