Job Description
Develop the annual country sales plan, cascade regional targets, and ensure achievement of key KPIs including revenue, profit, and market share.
Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements with key accounts (e.g., multinational laboratory chains, public hospitals, Ministries of Health) in collaboration with distributors.
Continuously monitor IVD market trends (hematology, immunoassay, chemiluminescence, molecular diagnostics, POCT, etc.) and adjust product strategies to address competitive dynamics.
Team Building & ManagementBuild and manage a localized sales team, implement performance management systems, and drive capability development.
Establish crossβcultural collaboration mechanisms to ensure effective alignment and execution between the country team and China headquarters.
