Role Overview

The Creative Director owns the entire outcome of a creator’s account. You decide: what we talk about, how we talk about it, why it will work.

Your job is to take what a creator is naturally good at and combine it with what the market already wants. You must understand human attention, universal themes, and demand so you can turn raw ideas into content people actually want to watch. You manage the people and the output.
