Responsibilities

• Creative Operations & Traffic Management: Serve as the operational hub for the department, triaging and prioritizing daily requests across DTC and B2B under the direction of the Creative Director. Partner with internal stakeholders to refine briefs and keep team bandwidth in Asana aligned with leadership priorities.
• Creative Performance & Optimization: Work with the User Acquisition team to translate performance data into actionable ad concepts. Test and iterate on hooks, value propositions, and ad copy to ensure assets constantly evolve and resonate with our audience.
