Credit Assistant

Correctly process credit applications (new limits, renewals, modifications, etc.) and reports, analyzing the information received or requested based on the credit and collection policy established for each country, fulfilling the customer service promise in order to deliver quality credit processes for credit managers' decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all credit applications for the assigned region within the established time frame, in order to ensure compliance with the service agreements established with internal and external clients.
• Propose and implement initiatives for the improvement and management of credit, with the aim of creating solutions for the optimization of activities and simplification of tasks.
