Responsibilities

• Manage the Retail channel, acting as the main point of contact for Financial Agents and Formalizers within the dealer network.
• Lead training initiatives for the dealer network across all financing modalities (Finame, CDC, and other credit solutions).
• Oversee reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful business reporting.
• Manage and control the DDI strategy, driving strong financial partner penetration and multi‑bank coverage per sales proposal.
• Drive sales performance and support dealer network financial health by enabling better financing conditions and improving inventory turnover.
