We’d love to work with you if you have:
  • Undergraduate degree in business or economics (or work-related equivalency)

  • Excellent credit structuring skills

  • Excellent risk assessment and analysis skills

  • Excellent accounting and financial analysis skills

  • Good coaching skills

  • Good understanding of customer profitability model

  • Ability to build solid business case justification for deals

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Superior interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Good communication skills (oral & written)

  • Industry knowledge considered an asset

  • MBA or a professional designation (CPA, CFA etc.) considered an asset
