We are hiring a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to guide Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants delivering outpatient and SNF palliative care across Central. The role combines direct patient care, APP mentoring, quality oversight, documentation standards, and practical program-building.
