Our Client, The Trustee for Atwal Family Trust is seeking a skilled Crop Technician to join the team in Bucca NSW.



Tasks Include:

• Monitor and maintain hydroponic production systems, including irrigation, climate control, lighting, temperature, humidity, and nutrient delivery systems to optimise crop growth and productivity.

• Monitor and analyse pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC), water quality, and nutrient levels, and prepare nutrient and chemical requirements in accordance with crop production schedules.

• Assess crop health and growth performance by identifying nutrient deficiencies and administering appropriate nutrient formulations, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, boron, and other trace elements.

• Implement integrated pest, disease, and preventative control programs through regular crop inspections and the application of appropriate treatments to minimise production losses.
