The Talent Management COE owns, designs and governs the Talent processes, to define and drive the overall integrated talent experience.

This Talent COE role reports directly to the CSE People Director

**Role responsibilities**

As the CSE MCO Talent Management Partner, you will act as a key advisor on all aspects of Talent Management in support of the business and P&C Strategy, including being responsible for translating the global talent strategy in the CSE Market, knowing the key talents to ensure a diverse pipeline for Cross Moves, and serve as a thought leader to the MCO Senior leadership and Market PBP for all Talent matters.
