Job Description
Take on a critical leadership role as Operations Manager at CTDI, responsible for branch productivity and financial management in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will guide branch operations, ensuring all team members are trained and motivated. Your experience and proactive problem-solving skills will enable you to maintain high service standards while managing financial responsibilities. Interfacing with corporate management and customers, you’ll drive process improvements that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise branch operations and manage staff productivity
• Oversee financial performance and maintain P&L accountability
