IMMOLY is building the AI operating system for private landlords.

Property management is still painfully manual: emails, WhatsApp messages, tenant calls, repairs, rent checks, documents, service providers, reminders, deadlines, Nebenkosten, legal questions, banking, and endless follow ups. IMMOLY turns this into a proactive AI based property management platform: agents that understand incoming requests, structure tasks, communicate with tenants and service providers, and help landlords manage their properties with far less operational effort.

We are already incorporated, pre seed funded, and have a first stack of users. The first product is live, the core direction is clear, and now we are looking for a hands on CTO / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the product and technology as a co founder.
