Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to homeowner inquiries via phone and email
- Document all interactions in DynaMX for record-keeping
- Liaise between homeowners and internal departments
- Distribute educational materials to set homeowner expectations
- Photograph and report on construction progress through milestone emails
