About this role

This is not a traditional Inside Sales role. We are looking for a commercially driven, curious, and highly motivated Customer Growth Executive to help spearhead Fuse's next phase of expansion growth, particularly around AI-powered learning and performance.

You will play a key role in introducing customers to Lyra, Fuse's AI-powered coaching and performance framework, while also helping them unlock additional value across the wider Fuse ecosystem including Creative learning services, Course+, Branded apps, Connectors and integrations, Partner content libraries, and Expansion licences.

You will primarily focus on growing revenue within Fuse's existing customer base by identifying expansion opportunities and proactively shaping commercial conversations, while also supporting selected new business opportunities where relevant.
