As a Customer Operations and Logistics Specialist your reponsibilities will be:

  • Handle customer orders and oversee the entire order-taking process
  • Manage and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Coordinate effectively with 3PL partners
  • Execute and oversee EXW exports
  • Follow up on delivery performance and actively resolve any customer complaints
  • Manage SAP processes, including MIGO (goods movement) and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Administer transfer prices, rebates, and tariffs
  • Maintain and update customer and material master data in the system
  • Prepare, organize, and manage audit documentation
  • Manage customer claims, tracking any related logistical issues and costs
