Job Description
Elevate customer quality standards as a Customer Quality Representative for the A220 Program at Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec. This hybrid role involves significant interaction with customers to address quality performance.
As a key member of the Airbus Quality team, you will act as the main point of contact for quality-related issues within aircraft services. Your responsibilities will include deploying customer-centric strategies, coordinating continuous improvement initiatives, and establishing communication channels for feedback.
