Job Description

Key responsibilities:


  • As customer R&D, you will act as the face to the customer by advising them in applications and choice of theright products/developments

  • You will provide them with technical support and training (product range, applications) and technical services when needed.

  • Working together with sales team and marketing, you will create new market opportunities by leveraging the customer network and product innovations.

  • Working with Product Experts, you will deliver them clear briefs as a base for NPI and organize the coordination of the projects internally and with the customer. It will also be key to maintain a good overview of customercapabilities, product portfolio, future projects and launches
