Job Description
Responsibilities
• Monthly Reporting: Collaborate with the Senior CRM Executive to prepare and analyse monthly CRM reports
• Client Communication: Manage 1-to-1 and 1-to-few client communications to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Event Support: Assist Customer Experience team in the planning and execution of in-store activation events, including liaising with vendors and service providers, also coordinate event logistics and ensure successful execution
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Communications, Customer Relations Centre and E-commerce teams to facilitate omnichannel client invitations in in-store activation, ensuring a comprehensive 360-degree engagement experience for clients
• Data Management: Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
