As a Customer Service Representative in our Cork Supply Chain Hub, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of global customers — managing their forecasts, orders, and product lifecycle activities from start to finish.

This role sits at the heart of PepsiCo’s international supply chain, giving you exposure to planning, logistics, finance, freight, and export processes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that products are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with export regulations, while building strong partnerships with customers and internal teams.

It’s a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same — one day you could be supporting a new product launch, the next resolving a shipping challenge, and the next working with planners and procurement on forecast accuracy.
