The role:
Customer Service Coordinator acts as the key liaison between internal customers, operations, and global demand teams. Responsible for coordinating intercompany flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring execution performance, and driving issue resolution across the supply chain. Collaborates with purchasing, production planning, warehousing, and regional support functions to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
