Are you passionate about customer service? We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2).
• At least 6 months of experience in banking or financial areas.
• 12 months of call center experience required.
• Availability to work rotating shifts 24/7 from Sunday to Sunday (Shift assigned between those open hours).
• Must be available to work on-site at our location on AV CALLE 26 / PORTAL EL DORADO.

What do we offer?

• 45 hours per week.
• Two (2) days off.
• Basic salary of $2,800,000 + performance bonuses up to 500K.
• Referral bonuses for bilingual campaigns of up to $1,200,000.
