Part Time Customer Service Call Center Representatives

Pay Rate: $23/hour



Schedule:

Monday–Friday

4–5 hours per day

Available shifts: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary: Support franchise stores by handling delivery, shortage, and order related inquiries while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to franchise store inquiries regarding deliveries, shortages, and order issues

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and related departments for issue resolution

Track and follow up on shortage or delivery claims
