Shape customer experiences as a Customer Success Associate at Traction Complete in Vancouver Lower Mainland. Your mission is to help customers navigate their journey and gain real value from our solutions.
As a key player, you will assist SMB and mid-market clients from onboarding through to ongoing success. Leveraging your strong communication and empathy, you'll identify needs, risks, and opportunities, ensuring customers feel supported and valued. Internal collaboration will be crucial in refining product offerings based on customer feedback.
