Job Description
Lead client relationships as a Customer Success Manager with B3. This role focuses on ensuring customers derive tangible value from the B3 platform through insightful guidance and support.
You will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, developing a comprehensive understanding of their specific needs and initiatives. Effective communication with stakeholders across multiple levels is critical as you guide clients through onboarding and help them engage fully with B3's capabilities.
