Drive growth and product adoption as a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II with Brex in Vancouver. Engage with finance teams to unlock the full potential of our solutions.
In this role, you will manage a diverse book of business, propelling customer engagement and success across all Brex products. Leveraging your 4+ years of customer-facing experience, you’ll provide strategic guidance to finance stakeholders on best practices for spend management and reporting. You will build deep relationships with finance teams and utilize data insights to mitigate churn and enhance account growth.
