Job Description
The Associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving long-term customer success and the adoption of Hyland's products and services across a defined set of customers and/or partners. This role serves as a primary point of contact, championing the customer relationship and ensuring they consistently realize value from their Hyland investment.
This role is remote in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Drive retention and growth by serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle β from contract signature through renewal and expansion.
- Monitor customer health, proactively identifying and escalating risks to leadership while partnering on timely, effective interventions.
- Champion customers internally by advocating for their product feature priorities and collaborating with the product team to help influence the roadmap.
