Job Description
Join Blackbaud as a Customer Support Principal, where you will apply your expertise in Financial Edge to facilitate interdepartmental workflows. Be a key player in resolving escalated issues and mentoring others in the support team.
As a Customer Support Principal, you will manage complex support challenges while collaborating with PTG for optimal defect management and operational compliance. Your role will involve providing insights, guidance, and case management across the organization. A strong background in accounting and experience with related software will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison with PTG for issue management
• Manage and oversee Yodlee cases and operational defects
• Handle complex customer support tickets as needed
• Offer expertise for new product functionalities
• Track and report service trends for improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 4-6 years supporting or consulting on Financial Edge
