About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled USMCA Compliance Sr.
Supervisor to lead compliance operations at our Rx lens manufacturing facility in Mexico.
This position ensures full, audit‐ready compliance with the United States‐Mexico‐Canada Agreement (USMCA) for the production and export of multi‐origin spectacle lenses.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure lens products meet USMCA tariff shift criteria (General Note 11, Annex 401).
Maintain traceability of all materials from receipt to export using Oracle, BOMs, and recipe records.
Design internal control systems and perform audits across BOMs, origin validation, and customs processes.
Manage monthly origin testing, including 3‐way match reports and cost validations.
Collect and verify supplier Certificates of Origin per U.S. (19 CFR §163) and Mexican (Ley Aduanera) regulations.
Deliver bilingual training on USMCA, IMMEX exports, and tariff shift rules.
