Customs Manager

1. Ensures Communication and Compliance with Corporate Policies in regard to Foreign Trade. Proposes the best domestic practices to the Corporation.
2. Ensures that the Customs Compliance Functions of the Import and Export Operation of the Organization are carried out by interrelating with the different areas.
3. Plans and Designs Flow of Imports/Exports complying with local and other countries’ regulations..
4. Ensures the scheduling of shipments and notifies the dates of arrival to the departments involved and to the customers.
5. Oversee that the activities of the area are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the operating procedures and in strict compliance with the current regulations governing Mexican foreign trade (Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law, General Import and Export Tax Law and other applicable regulations in this area), in addition to corporate compliance with foreign trade policies and procedures.
