In threat intelligence and vulnerability management, you will identify and analyse potential threats to an organisation’s security and manage vulnerabilities to prevent cyber attacks, safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Conjure reported by our customers.
• Perform PIM (CyberArk secret manager) support operations on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Lead the incident call with diverse stakeholders.
• Apply and test fixes in non‑production and production environments.
• Document problem solutions in a knowledge base and keep detailed case progress records.
• Provide 24×7 on‑call support via a rotational schedule.
