**Objectives**
Coordinates large program activities that are fundamental to maturing Takeda's cybersecurity strategy
Ensures that program/project governance effectively aligns with technology strategy/roadmaps and enterprise architecture plans.
Provides leadership to cross-functional teams within the cybersecurity function and other functions in the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives
Drive processes for assigning budget and resources to programs/projects; tracking program/project performance against plan; and updating priorities and budget/resource assignments based on performance and/or changes in conditions
Prioritizes the initiatives, plans solutions to achieve identified objectives, drives program achievement, interfaces with senior cybersecurity management, and influences decision-making on projects
