Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative relationships with Engineering Leads, Program Management, and Costing Team to accomplish project planning tasks.
- Track status of products, provide accurate submission timelines, and drive bi-weekly status meeting with costing team.
- Drive improvements to new and established processes and reporting to increase efficiencies across teams.
- Other duties relating to PC Planning & CRFs as assigned.
- Help inventory, document, and track AI initiatives in a standardized manner.
- Support program management activities, including follow-ups, status tracking, and documentation.
- Work with Microsoft AI tools, including Copilot, to help record and manage program details.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent reporting and governance processes across AI programs.
