Mid Data Engineer — Azure | Hybrid Lisbon (2 days/week) | 12-month freelance

A leading international consultancy is building a brand-new Tech Hub in Lisbon and is looking for a Mid Data Engineer to join from day one through Shakers. High-impact role, modern Azure stack, international team, and a clear path to grow within strategic data initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and implementing robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) on cloud-native architecture
• Building solutions on Microsoft Azure — Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse
• Writing production code in SQL, Spark, Python
• Driving code reviews, testing and pipeline optimization
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams across geographies

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in Data Engineering with a cloud-native focus
