Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Manager to establish and run day‑to‑day data governance for Sagicor’s Azure‑based enterprise data platform operating under a hub‑and‑spoke model. This hands‑on role owns governance execution across the enterprise, working closely with business and technology teams to build and operationalize governance practices.

The role will lead the adoption of the data catalog (Microsoft Purview), business glossary, data lineage, data quality management, and data classification practices across the enterprise. As the governance program matures, there is an opportunity to expand in scope, including building and leading a small governance team and shaping longer‑term governance practices across the organization.
