The Data Insights Lead is a senior technical and people leadership role responsible for building and scaling trusted data, reporting, and analytics capabilities that support operational decision making across Canadian Operations.

This role leads the development of curated data models, standardized KPIs, executive reporting, self‑service analytics, and embedded data governance to improve consistency, trust, and speed of insight delivery. It also serves as a key partner to senior leaders and executives, translating complex operational data into transparent, actionable insights that support strategic planning, performance management, and informed decision making across the organization.

The position is ideal for a technical leader with people‑management experience who operates as a player‑coach, providing hands‑on leadership while establishing standards, governance, and scalable analytics solutions across the organization.
