Data Scientist (Mississauga ON). On‑site, 5 days a week. 12‑month renewable contract. The Engine Diagnostics, Prognostics and Health Management team (DPHM) is dedicated to providing end‑to‑end solutions to improve aircraft reliability while reducing operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Support development of advanced engine performance condition trend monitoring algorithms
• Analyze steady state and transient engine trend data in support of engineering studies
• Support QCPC & field investigations related to turbine engine Performance, Operability, Control, and Mechanical subsystems
• Perform performance deterioration studies of engines operating in service
• Develop and implement scripts, algorithms, machine learning, data clustering and fault classification techniques within a relational database structure to manage, aggregate, and search data in support of advanced diagnostics and prognostics.
