About the Role

We are sourcing on for an HR & Pay Transformation project. This is a large-scale federal implementation of the Dayforce HCM platform, running through December 2026 with strong likelihood of multi-year extensions through 2030. The project is primarily remote with ad-hoc travel. All candidates must hold a minimum Reliability security clearance or be eligible.

Skills & Experience Required

• In-depth understanding of HR Core platform, Benefits, WFM (Time & Absence), Comp, Pay, and Finance end-to-end business processes

• In-depth understanding of Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Talent Management

• End-to-end business processes
