**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an operations environment in technology based companies focusing on technology based customers and agreements.
- Program management experience working with external partners, vendors, and creators.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Ability to work in a business process extended workforce/managed services environment, with an emphasis on identifying, actioning, and optimizing for extended workforce opportunities.
- Ability to work well with sales, internal departments, and operational teams involved in the agreement making process.
- Ability to take initiative and independently identify action items needed in any given situation.
- Excellent problem solving skills, combined with business judgment, with the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
